Lori Meringolo
Executive, Career, and Life CoachEmpowering you to be INNOGRATIVE to live your best life now
Hello, I’m Lori!
Most people struggle with indecision and confusion around their purpose and goals for their career and life. My coaching practice is committed to empowering you to discover the clarity you need for your professional journey. I provide support, guiding you from the exploration phase through the implementation of your career goals. My ultimate goal is for you to enhance your life satisfaction and success by helping you navigate your career path with confidence and purpose.
My Story
So how did I become a coach? Well like most things in life, it wasn’t a straight point A to point B shot. Few people are born knowing their life purpose, although I believe it shows up early. I changed career paths from pursuing clinical psychology to teaching to marketing to stay-at-home momdom to project management to coaching. Looking back now, I can see the common thread of encouraging and wanting to serve others.
Realizing that I was coaching people in the grocery store, in the breakroom, wherever they needed me, lead me to the discovery that these conversations were gifted glimpses into these individuals’ lives. I began to seek out a way to help others more intentionally and sought rigorous professional certified coach training. Coaching is the way I fulfill my life purpose to serve technology professionals by helping them grow their leadership gifts and talents to make a difference in the world.
Through 20 years serving in a diverse selection of industries including IT, workforce management, healthcare, and telecommunications, I have a background in many work environments, ranging from small start-ups to large organizations. I am experienced in coaching, management, mentoring, and strategic planning. I am open to communicating with team members across all levels.
As an active Associate Certified Coach® (ACC), Project Management Professional® (PMP), and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) credential holder, you can bet I appreciate the extreme levels of focus, commitment, and dedication required to achieve what my clients seek to accomplish in their project management and technology career. Plus, I align myself with the International Coaching Federation’s gold standard of coaching core competencies and the highest ethical standards.
On a personal note, I delight in spending time with my husband and family, traveling, anything cat-related, and I consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I have been a Christian for over 30 years, and my faith is central to who I am and how I live my life.
My Values & Beliefs
I am a Christian.
Jesus is first in my life. I exist to serve and glorify Him. I am called to make a difference in this world. I develop leaders; it’s not something I do — it’s who I am. As my client, I will honor you, respect you, and pray for you and with you (if you’d like!)
I want the best for you.
I believe you have a wonderful, magnificent, gifted purpose for your life. I am excited to discover and explore this with you. I believe you are capable of amazing things, and you are worthy to live a life that you are passionate about. I believe that you have unique skills and talents that make you special.
I believe that character matters.
Growth starts from the inside out. Whatever plans we make or goals we set will fall apart without looking first at who we are as individuals. Self-awareness must precede change, and our integrity is at the core of how we interact with others and perceive the world around us.

My Approach
Innogrative Coaching focuses on connection and innovation. When we are connected to who we are and understand how we interact within the network of people we have relationships with, we can be free to learn and to grow. Growth opportunities can present themselves as new experiences, experiments, creative expressions, observations, shifts in thinking, fresh perspectives, and/or ideas, to name a few.
What is your dream career? What is your life purpose? What personal innovation are you on the verge of creating? My approach is to create a totally safe space where you are free to explore, get clarity, and unleash your creative potential.
