What is the Process Like?
The process is very straightforward and simple. After you complete some quick contact information, I’ll reach out to you to schedule a free, online 30-minute coaching session. Think of it as our chance to get to know each other better and to review your needs for coaching. From there, if we’re a good match, we’ll design a custom coaching plan for you and schedule your sessions. Those virtual sessions will last approximately 60 minutes and can be weekly or biweekly, depending on needs.

I offer a 30-minute free coaching session for you to try out coaching to see if it’s for you (no strings attached, I promise!). If you would like to schedule additional sessions we’ll discuss and schedule those, and I will send you an agreement. Most clients find that 10 sessions satisfies their need, and I do offer packages and referral discounts.

Virtual Coaching Packages
Choose from Premium or Standard online coaching packages. The premium coaching package offers you a block of 10 individualized coaching sessions along with a DISC assessment, personalized report, and a report review session. After an initial chemistry call, we’ll meet regularly, every 1-2 weeks, by phone or video conference to review your needs, set goals, and create a customized action plan just for you. The Standard coaching package offers all the features of the Premium plan, without the personalized DISC assessment.
Walk-and-Talks
Local clients only. The ultimate in multi-tasking, but with the goal to keep you healthy, mind and body. We’ll meet at a local park and walk while coaching. It will be like strolling through the park with a close friend by your side. Not only will you benefit from coaching, but the positive effects of exercise are proven, leading to positive mood, increased focus, enhanced motivation, and the enjoyment of nature.
Me-treats & Retreats
A “me-treat” is a personal one-on-one coaching experience in a setting carefully chosen to provide you with the optimal rejuvenation. Choose from mountains or beach. We will meet before the experience to conduct a needs assessment, then during your me-treat, we will meet together for two 2-hour blocks of coaching. We will meet again by video conference after your experience to follow-up on goals, actions, and inspirations.
Stay tuned for more information to come regarding our Women’s Group Retreat. This will be a joy-building experience for no more than 8 participants.
